Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods South, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Canyon Parkway from the existing street easterly to the east line of Lot 124.
Carncross Drive from the west plat line (existing street) to Bellingrath Street.
Sledding Parkway from Bellingrath Street easterly to the existing street.
Bellingrath Street from Sledding Parkway/Carncross Drive to the north line of Lot 72.
Schutte Drive from the west plat line (existing street) to Bellingrath Street.
Eagle Cave Drive from Bellingrath Street easterly to the existing street.
Concrete sidewalk (6-feet wide) on Siggelkow Road adjacent to the entire frontage of Lot 124.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2031 $311,200.71 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on November 8, 2006.
