DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 1233-1241 Moorland Road from SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District to A (Agricultural) District to match the zoning of other open space in the surrounding area owned by the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00729 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00729. The following described property is hereby rezoned to A (Agricultural) District.
Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map 1698, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said area contains 2.86 acres (124,607 square feet)”
