Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plan documents to bid for the Cured In Place Piping (CIPP) Rehab of Sanitary Sewer in 2018 at a total estimated cost of $460,000. Funding for this work is budgeted within the Sewer Utility’s adopted 2018 capital budget for the Trenchless Sewer Rehabilitation capital program; funding is provided by Sewer Utility revenue bonds.

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:

 

1.                     That the plans and specifications for CIPP Rehab of Sanitary Sewers - 2018, be and are hereby approved.

 

2.                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3.                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
