DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance rezones a property located at 5801 Cottage Grove Road from A (Agricultural District) to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     

1.                     Map Amendment 00465 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00465. The following described property is hereby rezoned to the SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District.

 

A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 11, T7N R10E, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the W corner of said Section 11; thence N 87° 50’ 01”E, 1335.36 feet; thence S 00° 57’ 22” E, 214.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence N 87° 50’ 01”E, 160 feet; thence S 00° 57’ 22”E, 204.19 feet; thence S 87° 50’ 01” W, 160 feet; thence N 00° 57’ 22” W, 204.19 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described parcel contains 32,663 square feet (0.75 acres), more or less.
