Authorizing Clerk to issue Summons to LWS Investments Two LLC, dba Good Times Neighborhood Bar, Larry Schmock, Registered Agent, to appear before the Alcohol License Review Committee

WHEREAS, a complaint has been filed with the Common Council by Assistant City Attorney Steven C. Brist against LWS Investments Two LLC, dba Good Times Neighborhood Bar, 57 S. Stoughton Road, Madison, WI; and
WHEREAS, said complaint avers LWS Investments Two LLC, dba Good Times Neighborhood Bar currently holds a Class B combination alcohol beverage license which expires on June 30, 2008 and has held Class B combination alcohol beverage licenses issued by the City of Madison during the period of the alleged violations, and that LWS Investments Two LLC dba Good Times Neighborhood Bar, has violated various provisions of Section 38.10(1), Madison General Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Section 38.10(1)(a) authorizes the Common Council to issue a Summons when a complaint has been filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to issue a Summons to LWS Investments Two LLC, dba Good Times Neighborhood Bar, to appear before the Alcohol License Review Committee.
