RESOLVED, that water service lateral installation improvements in Nelson Road C.S.M.  which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $1,000.00 to expire not earlier than February 25, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
