RESOLVED that Water Main Installation improvements in Heather Glen Replat - Phases 2A and 2B, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $4,000 to expire not earlier than January 6, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
