Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in The Crossing - Phase I, Private Contract No. 1669. (7th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Midland Builders, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of concrete and bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the concrete and bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Madison Standard Street Improvements, including sidewalk:
East Pass - North plat line (existing street) to Mammoth Trail.
Blue Maple Trail - East Pass to the west line of Lot 37.
Stonebridge Drive - Blue Maple Trail to East Pass.
Stonebridge Drive - East Pass to the south plat line.
Parker Hill Drive - Stonebridge Drive to the northeast line of Lot 85.
Rockstream Drive - Stonebridge Drive to the east line of Lot 151.
Mammoth Trail - East Pass to the south plat line.
Mammoth Trail - East Pass to the northwest line of Lot 306.
Sabertooth Trail - Mammoth Trail to the southwest line of Lot 306.
Madison Standard Street Improvements, without sidewalk:
Autumn Jade Court - East Pass to the end of the cul-de-sac.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1669 $179,600 useful of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one year warranty shall have commenced November 12, 2004.
