Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Blackhawk North, Private Contract No. 1868.
Body
WHEREAS, Blackhawk North, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Sandhill Road - South plat line (existing street) to the west plat line
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1868 $8,458.18 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on October 18, 2004.
