Accepting street improvements constructed by Private Contract In Madison Yards at Hill Farms - Public Improvements Phase 2, Private Contract No. 9048 (District 11).
Body
WHEREAS, Madison Yards Block 2, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Madison Yards at Hill Farms - Public Improvements Phase 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said street improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• University Avenue Turn Lane Extension from STA 100+25.00 to STA 102+21.03
• University Avenue Sidewalk from Gardener Road to 253 FT W of N Segoe Road
• University Avenue Sidewalk from 253 FT W of N Segoe Road to N Segoe Road
• N Segoe Road from University Avenue to Frey Street
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13495 by $ 60,533.07 for a useful life of 40 years.
