This Memorandum of Understanding outlines the roles and responsibilities of the Madison Parks Foundation and the Parks Division for the upgrades to the kitchen at the Warner Park Community Recreation Center. The Madison Parks Foundation will be donating new commercial appliances. The Parks Division will be responsible for electric and utility upgrades.
