PREAMBLE:

The Wingra Creek Dam is in poor condition and will be rehabilitated or replaced.  Investigative work including survey, hydraulic analysis, and a dam failure analysis will be performed in 2005 to determine the extent of the damage and plan for remedial action.  The rehabilitation or replacement will be designed in 2006 and constructed in 2007.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract for Professional Services with Strand Associates to perform the Wingra Creek Dam Rehabilitation Study.
