DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at generally located at 149 Wisteria Street from SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District with less restrictive bulk requirements.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00709 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00709. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.
All of Lots 1-70 and Outlots 1-5, Westwind, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 52.4 acres”
