Accepting a Storm Water Management System Maintenance Agreement between the property owner of 5618 Odana Road and the City of Madison concerning the long term maintenance of an existing private storm sewer within a public easement. (19th AD)
Body
WHEREAS an existing private storm sewer pipe is located within an exisiting public easement that serves the property located at 5618 Odana Road;
WHEREAS a Storm Water Management Maintenance System Agreement detailing maintenance requirements, responsibilities and easements has been drafted by the property owner to meet site development requirements;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Madison Common Council hereby accept the Storm Water Management System Agreement covering maintenance of the private storm sewer serving 5618 Odana Road.
