DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amends the General Development Plan and a Specific Implementation Plan for the Oakwood Village University Woods campus located at 6145-6301 Mineral Point Road and 510 Genomic Drive to construct a six-story, 92-unit multi-family dwelling and restore portions of the site following demolition of five buildings on the campus. .

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00755 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00755. The following described property is hereby rezoned to Amended PD (Planned Development) District.
All of Lots 1 and 3 and Part of Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 1616, and Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map 15851, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described area contains 34.8 acres, more or less.”
2. WHEREAS, a Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
