Fiscal Note
The bond issue authorized by this resolution will be used to refinance existing indebtedness of Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corp. (WHPC) and to finance renovations to WHPC's housing projects in Ripon and on the 600 block of Northport Drive in Madison. Although issued in the name of the CDA, these bonds are payable solely from housing project revenues, and do not constitute an indebtedness of the CDA. The CDA will receive issuance fees in conjunction with this transaction of approximately $15,000. This resolution has no other budgetary impact.
