Fiscal Note
No City appropriation is required with the approval of the proposed preliminary plat, certified survey map, and final plat. City costs associated with urban development in this area will be included in future operating and capital budgets subject to Common Council approval.

Approving the preliminary plat of the Springs at Pleasant View subdivision on land generally addressed as 8355 Mansion Hill Avenue; 1st Ald. Dist.; approving a Certified Survey Map of same to create two lots; and approving the final plat of Springs at Pleasant View following recording of the Certified Survey Map.
Body
WHEREAS Randall A. Theis, Laverne Theis, and Continental Properties have filed the preliminary plat and final plat of “Springs at Pleasant View” and a two-lot Certified Survey Map for approval by the Madison Common Council as provided for in Section 16.23(5)(g) of Madison General Ordinances; and
WHEREAS Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes requires that the Madison Common Council approve any dedications proposed or required as part of the proposed division of the lands contained on said Certified Survey Map and final plat;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plat, Certified Survey Map, and final plat are hereby approved subject to all conditions as required by the reviewing City departments as required by Section 16.23 of the General Ordinances of the City of Madison, subject to the conditions noted in the Plan Commission files, and that same shall be recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the Certified Survey Map and final plat, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved Certified...
