Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract In South Point Sidewalk Contract No. 9316. (District 1)
Body
WHEREAS, NEW WEI, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: South Point Sidewalk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sidewalk improvements are hereby accepted.
2. That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Mineral Point Road Sidewalk from West Corner of Bear Claw Way to Mineral Point Road
• South Point Road Sidewalk from Mineral Point Road to W of 3741 South Point Road
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14644 by $20,221.54 for a useful life of 40 years.
