Creating Section 28.06(2)(a)3049 of the Madison General Ordinances rezoning property from PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District to PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District. Proposed Use: 3-Story, 51-Unit Apartment Building. 3rd Ald. Dist. 734 Jupiter Drive.

WHEREAS, a PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3049. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3049. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
Part of Lots 461 and 462, Grandview Commons, recorded in Volume 58-005A of plats on pages 19 through 33 as Document No. 3583911, Dane County Registry, located in the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 11, T7N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 462; thence S00°57'42"E, 15.00 feet; thence S89°02'18"W, 274.55 feet; thence N13°03'35"W, 342.61 feet; thence N89°02'18"E, 346.35 feet; thence S00°57'42"E, 122.22 feet to a point of curve; thence southwesterly on a curve to the right which has a radius of 25.00 feet and a chord which bears S18°42'40"W, 16.83 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence southeasterly on a curve to the left which has a radius of 50.00 feet and a chord which bears S00°57'42"E, 63.40 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence southeasterly on a curve to the right which has a radius of 25.00 feet and a chord which bears S20°38...
