DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 301 South Westfield Road from SE (Suburban Employment) District to CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District to facilitate future mixed-use and multi-family redevelopment following demolition of existing office building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00824 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00824. The following described property is hereby rezoned to SE (Suburban Employment) District.
Lot 3, Certified Survey Map 4263, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 9.05 acres.”
