Creating Section 28.022-00204 of the Madison General Ordinances to change the zoning of platted lots in the Autumn Ridge Reserve subdivision, generally addressed as 402 Burnt Sienna Drive, 9th Aldermanic District, from the SR-C2 (Suburban Residential - Consistent 2) District to the TR-C1 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 1) District.

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This amendment rezones the 51 approved and recorded future single-family lots in the Autumn Ridge Reserve subdivision from SR-C2 (Suburban Residential - Consistent 2 District) to TR-C1 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 1 District) at the request of the developer of the subdivision.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00204 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00204. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-C1 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 1) District:
Lots 1-51 and Outlot 3 of Autumn Ridge Reserve, said parcels containing 16.23 acres.”
