Body

WHEREAS, 301 South Ingersoll, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on East Wilson Street and South Ingersoll Street adjacent to the 301 South Ingersoll Street  PUD.    

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on June 1, 2008.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2134 $22,659.10 useful life of 40 years.
