Informational Presentation From Staff Regarding Potential Improvements at Odana Hills Golf Course and Park (District 11).

The Parks Division is working with Michael and Jocelyn Keiser and the Madison Parks Foundation to invest in the future of Odana Hills Golf Course. This project will be a partnership modeled from our prior successful partnership in creating The Glen Golf Park. Michael and Jocelyn Keiser are Madison residents and generous supporters of the park system. Michael is a world-renowned expert in golf course development and led the reinvestments at The Glen.
The Odana project will be modeled off the previous work at The Glen, but will be more complex and challenging. Parks Division staff are in the preliminary stages of engaging with other City Agencies regarding additional potential for interagency collaboration on stormwater and bike path connections, as well as improved clubhouse facilities. Staff will provide an informational presentation of the proposed project and timeline.
