Body
WHEREAS, Holley Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Madison Standard Street Improvements, including sidewalk:
- Tall Pines Way from Valley View Road to Ancient Oak Lane.
- Old Orchard Trail from Tall Pines Way to the east plat line.
- Ancient Oak Lane from the east plat line to west plat line.
- Cedarberry Circle (looped street) from Ancient Oak Lane to Ancient Oak Lane (sidewalk on one side only).
- Pine Hill Drive from Ancient Oak Lane to Winter Frost Place.
- Lost Pine Trail from Winter Frost Plat to the west plat line.
- Winter Frost Place from Pine Hill Drive/Lost Pine Trail to the east plat line.
Madison Standard Concrete sidewalk on Valley View Road adjacent to Lots 1 and 75.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2043 $279,137.50 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on March 7, 2007.
