Resolved, that water main and water service lateral installation improvements in Nesbitt Valley First Addition which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000.00 to expire not later than May 3, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
