Amending the approved schedule of Common Council meeting dates and times in November 2009 and December 2009.

Body

WHEREAS, the Common Council Organizational Committee (CCOC) met on December 2, 2008 to discuss Common Council budget deliberations dates for the 2010 City Budget; and,

WHEREAS, the following dates and times were approved by the members of the CCOC:

Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. (if needed)

Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. (if needed)

WHEREAS, the members also approved a change to the Common Council December meeting date previously approved for Tuesday, December 1, 2009 to:

Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council approves the above amended schedule of Common Council meeting dates and times for 2009 (Note: full schedule is attached to legislative file).
