Private Contract.  No City funds are required.

Body

WHEREAS, Dane County, Wisconsin, has satisfactorily completed the installation of new bituminous pavement (no curb and gutter) on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

WHEREAS, the Developer has failed to return the lien waivers and affidavits required in the Developers Agreement and that the statute of limitations has since expired.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

- Shaw Street from Grim Street to Swancon Street.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year warranty shall have commenced on December 27, 1999.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B1686 $85,000.00 useful life of 40 years.
