North Shore Drive Path:
- Reconstruct existing sidewalk along north-side of North Shore Dr (within Brittingham Parks land), from Southwest Path to S Bedford St, to 10-ft wide asphalt path.
- Raised path crossing across S Bedford St.
- Remove right-turn lane on North Shore Dr, shifting curb to make room for future path built with John Nolen project.
- One (1) tree removal (18-Inch Diameter Crabapple) due to poor condition to be complete by Parks Arborist staff, tree pruning prior to construction by Parks Arborist staff.
- Important connection to be built ahead of John Nolen Drive project in order to mitigate bike-ped travel impacts.
- Construction Spring 2025.

John Nolen Drive:
- Full Reconstruction of John Nolen Drive Causeway from E Lakeside St to S Broom St, includes replacement of all causeway bridges, new bike-ped bridges, and reconstruction of Lake Monona Shoreline.
- New 10-ft wide asphalt path through Brittingham Park from S Bedford St to S Broom St, including off-shoot connection to S Bassett St. One (1) tree removal (7-Inch Diameter Horse-Chestnut) due to path conflict (in order to preserve mature ash tree).
- Reconstruct Capital City Trail along Law Park to an 18-ft wide asphalt path with bike-ped separation (similar to existing Cap City Trail closer to Monona Terrace). Shoreline revetment reconstruction along Lake Monona Shoreline through Law Park and entire causeway. Multiple tree removals along Law Park Shoreline due to revetment reconstruction work, preserving desirable species where possible. Working closely with Parks and Forestry.
