AMENDED - Approving the Amended 2007 Operating Plan for Madison's Central Business Improvement District (#1).

PREAMBLE

On October 3, 2006, the Common Council adopted RES-06-00846 which approved the 2007 Operating Plan for Madison's Central Business Improvement District (#1) (the "BID"). On November 2, 2006 the BID Board approved an amendment to the BID's 2007 Operating Plan which increased the voting members of the BID Board from 15 to 18 17. The three two additional members are to be at-large members representing the central downtown.

WHEREAS, the BID Board desires to amend the BID's adopted 2007 Operating Plan to increase its membership by adding three two additional at-large members representing the downtown.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amended 2007 Operating Plan for Madison's Central Business Improvement District (#1) which increases the BID Board membership from 15 to 18 17 voting members, is hereby approved.
