This contract provides for an annualized rate of pay of $90,983. Funding for this position is included in the 2007 Adopted Operating Budget. No additional appropriation is required.

Resolution submitting the name of Gerald Pace for confirmation of a five-year term as City Treasurer.
Body
Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed Gerald Pace to the position of City Treasurer and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and
Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Pace;
Now, therefore, be it resolved that Mr. Pace's appointment to the position of City Treasurer is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Pace.
