Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by private contract in the Blackhawk Road Certified Survey Map, Private Contract No. 1660.  (9th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, Thomas P. Walz has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sidewalks be and are hereby accepted:

Blackhawk Road (south side) - Adjacent to Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map No. 8727.

Blackhawk Road (south side) - Adjacent to Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map No. 9706

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1660 $21,531.40 useful life of 40-years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said sidewalk improvements shall have commenced on June 30, 2005.
