On May 28, 2003 the City of Madison, MSA Professionals Services, Inc. and the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation entered in the Design Engineering Contract for the Edgewood Avenue Bridge over the Southwest Bike Path (Contract No. 5535) with the authority provided by Council Resolution No. 60454, ID No. 33830 adopted on April 15, 2003.
The Contract with MSA Professional Services, Inc. was for the preparation of plans and specifications for the Edgewood Avenue Bridge over the Southwest Bike Path.
This amendment is necessary for additional intersection design and survey information, for the Edgewood Avenue/Commonwealth Avenue/Eton Ridge/Allen Street intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Amendment 1 to the present agreement between the City of Madison, MSA Professional Services, Inc. and the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the Edgewood Avenue Bridge over the Southwest Bike Path, Contract No. 5535 for additional engineering service.
