Accepting sanitary sewer improvements constructed by Private Contract In Madison Yards at Hill Farms - Public Improvements Phase 1, Private Contract No. 8856 (District 11).
Body
WHEREAS, Madison Yards Block 6, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Madison Yards at Hill Farms - Public Improvements Phase 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
