Body

WHEREAS, Gorman & Company, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Tradition Avenue from the west plat line (existing street) to Southern Ridge Trail.

Southern Ridge Trail from Mid Town Road to Shumard Drive.

Legacy Lane from Mid Town Road to Shumard Drive.

Shurmard Drive from Southern Ridge Trail to Sawtooth Lane (northwest line of Lot 40)

Sawtooth Lane from Legacy Lane to Shumard Drive (northwest line of Lot 40).

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1987 $55,663.31 useful of 40 years.
