COMMUNITY GARDENS COMMITTEE
JESSICA L. BULLEN, 306 Norris Ct. #C, 53703 (2nd A.D.) - appointed to a vacant Citizen position. Ms. Bullen is a planner for the State Dept. of Transportation. She has been a gardener at Quann Park and the garden's treasurer for two years. She succeeds Jerry Kaufman who resigned.
DISABLED PARKING ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE COUNCIL
The Parking Council for People with Disabilities met on December 14, 2004 and recommended that the following two names be submitted to the Mayor and Council for appointment. Both applicants have completed the application and training process through the Police Department.
OTTO O. ANDERSON, 213 Nancy La., 53704 (18th A.D.) - Mr. Anderson is retired due to a disability.
CHRIS R. CARLSEN, 214 Merrill Crest Dr., 53705 (19th A.D.) - Mr. Carlsen is active on several city committees.

FOOD POLICY ADVISORY SUBCOMMITTEE (Dane County)
LISA M. WIESE, 913 Northland Dr., 53704-1344 (18th A.D.) - appointed to the position of Mayoral Appointment. Ms. Wiese is a member of the Northside Community Council and the Northside Community Co-op Board of Directors. She is coordinating the start up of the Northside Farmers Market coming in 2005.
