DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 7901-7913 East Buckeye Road and 7102-7270 Maahic Way from PD (Planned Development) District, CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District and CN (Conservancy) District to Amended PD (Planned Development District) and approves an amended General Development Plan and a Specific Implementation Plan or Dane County’s Rodefeld Landfill to relocate and expand space for materials recycling.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

1. Map Amendment 00751 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

“28.022-00751. The following described property is hereby rezoned to Amended PD (Planned Development) District.

Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 10 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as:

Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 24, aforesaid; thence S88°25’20”W along the south line of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, a distance of 33.02 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of County Trunk Highway “AB”, and the Point of Beginning; thence continuing S88°25’20”W along said south line, 1300.53 feet to the Southwest Corner of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section; thence N00°40’09”E along the west line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, 862.16 feet; thenc...
