Creating Section 28.022-00750 of the Madison General Ordinances to approve an Amended Specific Implementation Plan of a Planned Development District for property located at 5817 Halley Way (District 3).

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amends the Specific Implementation Plan (ORD-22-00003) for property located at 5817 Halley Way to construct a five-story, 97-unit multi-family dwelling unit with outdoor recreation (pickleball court).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     WHEREAS, an Amended Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:

 

“28.022-00750. An Amended Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan is hereby approved for the following described property:

 

Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 12324, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described area contains 107,947 square feet (2.48 acres), more or less”
