Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution recreates position #1861 as an Engineering Program Specialist 1 (Comp Group 16, Range 17) to a GIS Specialist 2 (Comp Group 18, Range 8) and reallocates the incumbent in position #1861 to the new position in the Water Utility Operating Budget. The annualized cost of this increase is between $4,666 and $9,159, including benefits. Costs associated with the recreation will be absorbed within the Water Utility's 2023 Operating Budget. No additional appropriation is required.
