Approving plans for public improvements on Proudfit Street as necessary for the project known as Findorff Yards Office Lofts. (4th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the developer, Urban Land Development, LLC, has requested the City of Madison's approval for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to demolish 3 existing houses and construct 2 new office buildings located at 59-171 Proudfit Street/701-737 Lorillard Court, and,
WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances and the conditions of approval require the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the PUD, and,
WHEREAS, The additional infrastructure improvements for a median break and pedestrian improvements on Proudfit Street shall be required as a condition of approval of this development, and,
WHEREAS, The Developer, Urban Land Development, LLC, has requested the City to let an assessable public works contract for the infrastructure improvements at a later date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the plans for the public improvements on Proudfit Street are hereby approved.
