Body

WHEREAS, Stevens Construction Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Segoe Road adjacent to the 625 North Segoe Road (Weston Place) PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 19, 2005.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1988 $20,400.60 useful life of 40 years.
