Body

WHEREAS, Danisco USA, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Agriculture Drive - Femrite Drive southerly 525'+

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on October 14, 2005.  

Increase in street infrastructure value from Project No. 53B1898 $22,049.35 useful life of 40 years.
