Accepting a Permanent Limited Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer Purposes from Mustafa K. Baskaya and Pelin Cengiz across the property located at 4918 Lake Mendota Drive. (19th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Mustafa K. Baskaya and Pelin Cengiz (together, the “Owner”), have received conditional approval of a demolition permit and a conditional use application by the City of Madison (“City”) for the redevelopment of their property located at 4918 Lake Mendota Drive; and
WHEREAS, one of the conditions of approval requires the Owner to grant a 15-foot-wide Permanent Limited Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer Purposes to the City to locate and define an existing public sanitary sewer easement that was recorded on August 22, 1958 with the Dane County Register of Deeds as Document No. 964094 without a specified location and dimension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Madison hereby accepts a Permanent Limited Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer Purposes, at no cost, from Mustafa K. Baskaya and Pelin Cengiz across the property described below and depicted on attached Exhibit A (“Easement Area”):
A Public Sanitary Sewer Easement within Lots 8 and 9, Merrill Park, recorded in Volume 1 of Plats on page 7 as Document Number 187227, Dane County Registry, located in Government Lot No. 3, being the fractional West 1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 17, T7N, R9E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin to-wit:
