PREAMBLE
On September 19, 2006 the City of Madison entered into an agreement with Topline Survey for surveying services (Contract No. 5983) with the authority provided by Council Resolution No. 00761, ID No. 04358 adopted on 9/5/2006.
The contract with Topline Survey was for the preparation of surveys for the 2007 Street & Sewer Reconstruction.
The amendment will provide survey for the Waubesa / St. Paul Relief Storm Interceptor, which was a late addition to the 2007 budget and City crews cannot complete the survey in a timeframe that allows the project to be designed in accord with the project schedule.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an Amendment to the present contract between the City of Madison and Topline Survey for "2007 Street & Sewer Reconstruction Surveys" Contract No. 5983, for additional surveying services.
