WHEREAS the scope of this project is to install an HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning) system and equipment into the existing non-conditioned building.

WHEREAS construction documents dated 4/6/06 including plans and specifications have been prepared by Strang Architects for the purpose of bidding and construction, and,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for HVAC equipment installation at First Street Police Storage Building, be and are hereby approved, and that the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for this project.
