Title
Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract For Subdivision Improvements for Buckeye Meadows, Contract No. 1872. (16th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, on October 12, 2005, the Developer, Miller Construction Inc., entered into a Contract For Subdivision for Buckeye Meadows, with the City, and,
WHEREAS, prior to the release of building permits for Lots 1-7, inclusive, and 9-17, inclusive, individual site plans indicating that the grading of said lots conforms to the approved plan for lot corner elevations, shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval, and,
WHEREAS, the Developer shall maintain surety in the amount of $2,500.00 per lot until said site plans have been approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract for Subdivision Improvements for Buckeye Meadows, Contract No. 1872, with Miller Construction, Inc.
