WHEREAS, McKenzie 300 Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Winding Way from the north line of Lot 338 (existing street) to the east line of Lot 293 (existing street).
Red Sky Drive from Winding Way to the west plat line.
Fallen Leaf Drive from Winding Way to the west plat line.
Trappers Trail from Winding Way to the northeast line of Lot 335 (existing street).
Trappers Trail from Winding Way to the southwest plat line.
Cone Flower Street from Winding Way to the south plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1857 $18,103.00 useful of 40 years.
