Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Sauk Heights - Phase II, Private Contract No. 1990. (9th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Weber Development LTD has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Fargo Trail from the south line of Lot 102 to the north line of Lot 609 (existing street)
Eagle Nest Lane from the north line of Lot 69 (existing street) to the east plat line.
Lost Meadow Road from Little Bear Circle to the east plat line.
Little Bear Circle from Little Bear Drive/Lost Meadow Road to the end of the cul-de-sac.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1990 $23,988.61 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on September 26, 2005.
