Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
-Redan Drive from Ancient Oak Drive to the south plat line.
-Ancient Oak Drive from Redan Drive to the west line of Outlot 23.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2146 $238,113.91 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on January 28, 2008.
