The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the class of Water Utility Public Information Officer in Compensation Group 18, Range 08, thereof.
