Accepting street improvements constructed by private contract in Reston Heights - Phase VII, Private Contract No. 1866. 3rd Ald. District.
Body
WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Bluff Point Drive from the west line of Lot 153 (existing street) to the east line of Lot 168.
East Hill Parkway (northbound) from Bluff Point Drive to Stockbridge Drive (existing street).
East Hill Parkway (southbound) from Bluff Point Drive to Stockbridge Drive (existing street).
Bailey Drive from Bluff Point Drive to Stockbridge Drive.
Stockbridge Drive from the northeast line of Lot 173 to East Hill Parkway (existing street).
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1866 $227,408.43 useful life of 40 - years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on February 13, 2004.
